Employees with limited opportunities on the job market have a particularly tough time during a crisis, which makes it even more difficult for them to find a job. Aviation recognises its social responsibility and wants to give such people a chance. But such efforts do not come without challenges: there are complexities linked, in particular, to one section of this target group failing/not being able to meet the AIVD requirements, since they either cannot always provide full evidence of their residence history or have a criminal record/debts.
